Sometimes, clients with smaller outdoor spaces on their property feel they cannot enjoy the outdoor living experience to the fullest. However, we firmly believe this is not the case. Experienced designers like us can turn even the smallest backyard into something functional. In the images on this page, you will see how we have created a smart patio space on this property. The house structure included an elevated deck with an open space below, which we planned perfectly and turned into a patio complete with a small barbeque and grill counter. We turned the vacant space under the staircase into a storage area where the client would place the outdoor furniture, gardening implements, etc. We used hardwood doors for this storage space to complement the existing staircase and decking to lend a cohesive look. Clean lines and simple installations have created a functional yet uncluttered space in this smart space patio.
